HVMS Holiday Support Schedule

General Support Closure
HVMS Support will be closed for non-emergent requests December 25th, 26th, 29th and January 1st. 


Chat Support Closure
This Holiday Season HVMS Chat support will be closed December 25th to January 1st.


Emergency Support
HVMS Emergency support will still be available 24/7 over the holidays, please see our HVMS Emergency Support Policy here for more details.


Support Portal Closure
The HVMS Support Portal will be down for maintenance for two hours December 25th from 1:30pm to 3:30pm CST. During this time the portal will not be accessible, but any tickets created during this time will be queued up and added once maintenance is complete.

It’s that time of year again! With the new year fast approaching we thought we would take this opportunity to release some helpful information about counting inventory with HVMS. If you haven’t already, get your HVMS inventory counter programs replicated well before your count date and watch these videos below for helpful tips when it comes to counting inventory with HVMS.

HVMS Version Update We’re wrapping up our next HVMS version and hope to have it available early in the new year. This version contains some much-anticipated updates to the Global Vet Link forms in HVMS, HVMS reference lab fixes as well as the HVMS Performance Module plus some important bug fixes

Online Payment Portal We’re pleased to announce the arrival of our HVMS online payment portal service. Allow your customers to look up their balance and make a payment securely online from your website! These payments are processed and posted to HVMS leveraging our OpenEdge integration.

Mobile Calendar App The HVMS Mobile Calendar App is complete! It is pending approval from the Apple and Android app store, once that has been confirmed, we will be making it available to all HVMS users. Some setup steps will be required to allow it to pull information from your server to the app. We will be releasing all these details with the official product launch in the new year. The HVMS mobile calendar app will be a service included in your monthly HVMS subscription, meaning it will be free for all HVMS customers, Happy New Year!
