Support is a very important part of the HVMS solution - we know the value of having Business Infusions' support staff available to assist and train our clients. Rather than waiting for HVMS users to call us, we remain actively engaged in supporting your success. Our business model incorporates ongoing proactive support as a fundamental component in our client relationships.

Support Options:

  • Support requests can be logged anytime through our HVMS Support Portal. Once a support request has been filed, Business Infusions staff is immediately notified and the request is escalated as required.
  • Live Online Chat is available between 8:30 am and 4:00 PM Mountain Time.
  • Initial implementation support is more intensive and we set this up somewhat differently and will explain this in greater detail during the implementation process.

User Support Versus Enhancement Requests

One of the strengths of HVMS is our agile development program and responsiveness to customers. We accept both user support and enhancement requests.

User Support Requests - Include questions on HVMS, the "How do I..." questions.

User Enhancement Requests - Include user suggested requests for overall improvement of HVMS. We take these into consideration for future releases of HVMS.
