HVMS is an advanced practice management platform with ability to run anything from a single clinic to a multi-state, multi-country hospital from one database. Your monthly subscription is based on your practice size and needs.

Software Updates
All HVMS software updates are included. Our current update schedule is 3 main updates per year but is subject to change.
Unlimited Use
HVMS does not have any restrictions on its software usage for staff or records entered. Your monthly subscription includes unlimited users, installs and records.
All HVMS Features
HVMS does not have restrictions on what features you have access to. Your subscription includes access to all in-software modules, reports and features.
Worksheet Design
Our HVMS Support Specialists will work with you to design and update your patient exam forms as your practice evolves and changes as often as required.
Mobile App
Enjoy the convenience of checking your schedule from the HVMS mobile Calendar app available for iOS and Android smart phones.

Our Implementation Specialists will guide you and your practice through this transition to set you up for success using your new HVMS software.
Standard Implementation Fee is $5000 and Includes:
Online Training
1 month free access to our HVMS Online Training Program for all practice staff and 2 months of free access for Practice Administrators and Inventory Managers.
Data Conversion
Data conversion of previous software to HVMS. This generally includes your existing AR, Customers, Patients, Patient Medical Records, Invoice Billing Information, Boarding Location/Trainer contact information.
Implementation Specialist
Dedicated Remote HVMS Implementation Specialist for up to 4 months (3 months pre-implementation and 1 month post-implementation)
Implementation Onsite Options
Depending on the size of your practice and its needs, onsite visit options by your implementation specialist are also available. These options include onsite, in-person training for your staff, as well as workflow analysis and recommendations. These on-site visits allow your implementation specialist to observe how your practice operates, adjust your software to maximize efficiencies, and recommend adjustments to existing protocols to increase effectiveness of your operations using your new software. Prices exclude travel expenses.
- 3 Day Onsite – $1,950 Recommended for 1-3 vet practice during your go-live
- 5 Day Onsite – $2,350 Recommended for 4-7 vet practice during your go-live
- 10 Day Onsite – $4,450 Recommended for 8 or more vet practice during your go-live
HVMS Server and Hardware Requirements
For convenience and affordability, Business Infusions is proud to offer our Cloud Hosted Server Solution. With this option, we host your server in the cloud so you can access HVMS from a web browser from any computer. With this option, you do not need to purchase a physical server and we also ensure all your HVMS data is backed up for you. With cloud hosting, you can still use the offline option ‘HVMS Tablet’ for times you do not have access to internet. Ask your HVMS Implementation Specialist or HVMS Support for more information on our Cloud Hosted Server Solution.
