Racetrack vets have special requirements and considerations that include multiple owners, split billing (historical), claiming histories and managing past ownership records for invoicing.   HVMS has been built to handle all the intricacies of the track and associated billing requirements.  New regulations like HISA coming into law, racetrack vets are required to enter medical records into two systems.  HVMS eliminates this requirement by passing HISA-required information electronically from HVMS to HISA, saving time on double entry of records.
